The Bundaberg Business Enterprise Centre has a wide selection of disabled friendly, air-conditioned rooms available to hold your conference, training session, small meeting or interviews. 

Free all-day parking is available directly across the road.

Neville Room

This large well appointed room sits 60 people theatre style or 25 in 'U' shape classroom style and includes a comfy lounge area.

The Neville Room includes at no extra cost a sound system including cordless and lapel microphones, hearing loop, lectern, DVD player, projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder and cooled, filtered water with cups.
Standard room setup is 'U' Shape.

Optional Extras (fees apply): Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, tea and coffee facilities and catering (hot or cold).

Costs:  $220 inc GST per day or $60 inc GST per hour

 

 

Webb Room

This popular room sits 30 people theatre style or 12 in a 'U' shape, classroom or cafe style and includes room with tea and coffee facilities.

The Webb Room includes at no extra cost a projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder and cooled, filtered water with cups.
Standard room setup is 'U' Shape.

Optional Extras (fees apply): Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, tea and coffee facilities and catering (hot or cold).

Costs:  $140 inc GST per day or $50 inc GST per hour

 

Stewart Room

This perfectly sized room sits 30 people theatre style or 10 in a 'U' shape or classroom style with room for tea and coffee facilities.
The Stewart Room includes at no extra cost a projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder (paper extra) and cooled, filtered water with cups.
Standard room configuration is 'U' Shape.

Optional Extras (fees apply): Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, tea and coffee facilities and catering (hot or cold).

Costs:  $140 per day inc GST or $50 inc GST per hour

 

Matt Room

This meeting or interview room sits 6 people comfortably and is used by many businesses from out of town to meet their clients.

The Matt Room includes at no extra cost, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Costs:  $80 inc GST per day or $30 inc GST per hour.
